Why can i do artistic filter in photoshop

Most of the Photoshop artistic filters are applied either via the Filter Gallery or via an individual dialog. To apply another filter effect, click the New Effect Layer button, click on another filter thumbnail iciaoQn any category, then choose your settings. To remove a filter effect from the list, select it then click the Delete Effect Layer button instead.

Next, TR has minimal grain 18, 12, 3. Next, BL has a little more 20, 1, 8. And last BR has even more 20, 11, The grain results with this filter are subtle and look very different based on the image you choose.

Notice the examples in figure 05 Fresco filter. After the original photo TL , the TR image has minimal brush settings with maximum texture 0, 0, 3. Next, BL has maximum brush, minimum texture, and no detail 10, 0, 1. And last, BR has maximum brush and texture with zero detail 10, 0, 3.

Notice how the image progresses from a simple nightscape to a nocturnal explosion that resembles a blue and white volcano.

Choose an uncluttered image with a single or group of similar objects for best results. The final image is reduced to minimal colors: the glow color, the background color, and sometimes a combination of the two. Place your pointer over the window. With the hand icon that appears, you can move the image around for a better look. Click the minus sign - to make that change.

The Smudge Stick has just three slider bars to set; other filters have more. Then modulate the effects to suit the image. With the Smudge Stick, the greater the stroke length, the less pronounced the image detail.

The greater the highlight area, the brighter and more colorful the image. The higher the intensity, the brighter the image. If you want to keep the changes, select File, Save As. Choose another filter and start again. Multiple Effects. It works with any filter.
